Nobody notices until the mains drop — and by then the cost is measured in lost transactions, spoiled procedures, dead broadcasts and stopped production lines. Since 2004 we have carried out preventive maintenance, load-bank verification and emergency repair on UPS and DC systems from 1 kVA to 200 kVA across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah.

Before you call
How quickly can you respond to a UPS failure?+
For clients on an AMC, response is contractually defined and prioritised. For everyone else we respond as fast as engineer availability allows. Call the mobile number rather than emailing for anything urgent.
Do you service brands you didn't supply?+
Yes. Most of our work is on equipment supplied by someone else, including brands no longer represented in the UAE.
My UPS is fifteen years old. Is it worth maintaining?+
Often, yes. Age alone does not determine viability — capacitor condition, battery capacity and spares availability do. We measure those and give you the numbers, then you decide.
How often should UPS batteries be replaced?+
Design life is a guide, not a schedule. In UAE plant-room conditions VRLA blocks commonly fall short of their rated life. Test annually and plan replacement when measured capacity approaches 80% of rated.
Can you supply a temporary UPS while mine is repaired?+
Yes. We hold rental stock from 2 kVA to 10 kVA plus 72 V and 96 V rack-mounted units, delivered and commissioned on site.
Are you a certified dealer for any manufacturer?+
We are the authorised EAST UPS (China) partner for the UAE and hold factory training from SOCOMEC, Infosec, HI-REL and Power Systems International. Our service work stays brand-independent.
