An AMC is an agreement about risk
Not a subscription. It is an agreement about how much risk you are willing to carry, and what response you need when the risk lands. We write one contract per site, sized to the load.
How we scope a contract
Survey
We attend site and list every unit, its age, its battery condition and its criticality.
Risk profile
We agree what a failure costs you — in hours, in reputation, in regulation.
Schedule
Visit frequency, response times and inclusions are set to that profile, not to a package.
Contract
Fixed annual or multi-year price, written scope, named engineer.
Reporting
A written condition report after every visit and an annual battery trend summary.
- Low criticality1 visit / year
- Medium criticality2 visits / year
- High criticality4 visits / year
Every AMC starts at the survey stage — the schedule that comes out of it can look like any of these three, or something between them, depending on what a failure would actually cost you.
What a contract covers

- Full functional and thermal inspection
- Battery condition testing and year-on-year trending

- Written report with photographs and recommendations
- Discounted rates on parts, batteries and out-of-scope work

Make, rating, age and location — that's enough for us to scope a survey and return a proposal.
