Emergency UPS response — call, don't email
Sectors & Applications

The load is different.
The discipline isn't.

From five-star resorts to a seven-branch bank network, from operating-theatre UPS to a 130 kVA broadcast installation — the failure consequences differ, but the method doesn't.

Hotel lobby representing the hospitality critical power sector § 01

Hospitality

3 kVA – 200 kVA

Guest-facing systems fail loudly. Property management, access control, kitchen refrigeration monitoring, lifts, life safety and the BMS all sit behind UPS. We maintain distributed UPS estates across resort properties — from 3 kVA at a back-office desk to 200 kVA on the critical bus — and schedule attendance around occupancy, not around our diary.

Atlantis · Grand Hyatt Dubai · Jumeirah Beach Resorts · Emirates Golf Club · Three Monkey's

Typically running: UPS systems · emergency lighting

Modern office building representing banking and finance critical power § 02

Banking & Finance

Multi-branch estates

Branch networks fail one branch at a time, which makes them easy to under-maintain and expensive to ignore. We have run multi-branch AMC programmes across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Al Ain, standardising inspection and reporting so head office sees one picture of the whole estate.

Bank Saderat Iran (7 branches) · Dubai Islamic Bank · First Gulf Bank · Bank of Baroda (Deira & RAK)

Typically running: UPS systems

Hospital corridor representing healthcare zero-gap UPS systems § 03

Healthcare

Zero-gap loads

Imaging, theatres, laboratory refrigeration and clinical records tolerate no gap. We maintain hospital and clinic UPS estates with battery testing evidence suitable for accreditation review, and schedule intrusive work around clinical activity.

Al Zahra Hospital · Sheikh Khalifa Hospital, Ajman · Al Qasami Hospital, Sharjah · Gulf Scan · YAS Day Clinic · Orchid Clinic

Typically running: UPS systems · batteries

Aircraft at an airport gate representing aviation and transport ground power § 04

Aviation & Transport

Restricted access windows

Ground power, airfield systems and metro infrastructure combine high consequence with hard access windows. We have commissioned DC chargers and Ni-Cd battery systems at Dubai International Airport, diagnosed and commissioned 100 kVA Socomec Delphys systems for Bateen Air Base, and supplied and commissioned 30 UPS units for the Dubai Metro project.

Dubai International Airport (AX-206) · Dubai Metro (VFR JV Limited) · Bateen Air Base · Emirates ETC

Typically running: DC chargers · UPS systems

Video production studio representing broadcast and telecom off-air power § 05

Broadcast & Telecom

Off-air windows only

Transmission does not pause for a maintenance window. We maintain broadcast and satellite communication UPS estates including a 130 kVA Powerware system, and plan work around scheduled off-air time.

UAE Radio & Television (DMI) · Samacom · Reuters Limited

Typically running: UPS systems

Industrial factory floor representing industrial and manufacturing DC systems § 06

Industrial & Manufacturing

AC and DC

Process plant, switchgear tripping supplies and control systems run on DC as much as AC. We supply and commission industrial chargers, Ni-Cd banks and UPS for plants where an unplanned stop costs a shift.

Petrofac International · Dubai Aluminium · Al Khaleej Sugar · Danway Contracting · Gerab National Enterprises · National Lube Oil

Typically running: DC chargers · UPS systems · batteries
